Lilibeth Simon is a Glasshouse Realty agent serving buyers and sellers throughout Springboro, Dayton, Cincinnati, and the surrounding Southwest Ohio communities. Born and raised in the Philippines, she speaks English, Tagalog, Ilokano, and Pangasinense, allowing her to connect with clients from many different backgrounds.

Before entering real estate, Lilibeth spent more than ten years managing retail operations and building successful sales teams. She brought that leadership and work ethic to real estate, earning Glasshouse Realty’s Rookie of the Year award in 2021, being named the 2025 Top Individual Producer for the Centerville office, and receiving the 2025 President’s Club and 2026 Sales Leader awards.

While Lilibeth is proud of her results, her clients remain at the center of everything she does. She believes every home has a story and treats each buyer and seller with the same honesty, kindness, respect, and care she would give a close friend or family member. Her goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to build relationships that last long after closing.

As the wife of a retired 24-year Air Force veteran, Lilibeth has a special understanding of military relocations and is passionate about helping service members, veterans, and their families navigate their moves.

Outside of real estate, Lilibeth enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, volunteering at her church, connecting with friends, and singing karaoke.
